Job Purpose
Safely and effectively perform predictive and preventative electrical maintenance under minimal supervision to ensure efficient mill operations.
Key Responsibilities

Prioritize safety and follow OSHA, NEC, and company standards.

Perform predictive and preventative electrical maintenance.

Troubleshoot and repair systems from 5VDC to 4160VAC.

Read and interpret wiring and circuit diagrams.

Work with PLC & HMI systems (Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware).

Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, starters, and variable speed equipment.

Install and maintain instrumentation equipment.

Service pollution control equipment (RTOs, RCOs, ESPs).

Utilize work order systems (EAM or equivalent).
Qualifications

MN Journeyman Electrical License required.

Vocational degree with PLC training completed.

5+ years of electrical experience, or equivalent.

Knowledge of electrical PPE, OSHA, and NEC regulations.

Ability to work at heights and on 12-hour shifts.
