Digital Communications Specialist Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day email marketing campaigns, including drafting creative briefs, QA, and performance tracking.

Schedule email and mobile messaging in coordination with the Digital Communications Manager.

Collaborate with campaign managers to develop creative briefs using best practices and performance insights.

Use workflow systems to approve and deliver assets to developers efficiently.

Validate audience lists, segment sizes, and ensure compliance with channel regulations including CAN-SPAM.

Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Educate stakeholders and champion innovative ideas for digital communications.
Digital Communications Specialist Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in outbound email marketing.

Experience with Adobe Analytics and marketing cloud platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).

Knowledge of email, push notifications, SMS/MMS, and related compliance regulations.

Strong organizational, communication, and account management skills.
