Digital Communications Specialist Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day email marketing campaigns, including drafting creative briefs, QA, and performance tracking.

  • Schedule email and mobile messaging in coordination with the Digital Communications Manager.

  • Collaborate with campaign managers to develop creative briefs using best practices and performance insights.

  • Use workflow systems to approve and deliver assets to developers efficiently.

  • Validate audience lists, segment sizes, and ensure compliance with channel regulations including CAN-SPAM.

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  • Educate stakeholders and champion innovative ideas for digital communications.


Digital Communications Specialist Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in outbound email marketing.

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and marketing cloud platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).

  • Knowledge of email, push notifications, SMS/MMS, and related compliance regulations.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and account management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; experience with multi-channel retail communications.
