Position Summary
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute high-impact email campaigns across our consumer revenue initiatives. You’ll be responsible for planning, designing, launching, and optimizing email campaigns across various brands, supporting our Accessories Marketplace, Insurance offerings, Financing Portal, and more.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, content creators, and analysts to drive user engagement, conversions, and revenue through personalized, automated, and performance-driven email marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-touch email nurture campaigns across all consumer revenue streams.

Build and optimize automated email workflows, behavioral sequences, and triggered communications.

Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft compelling copy and visuals.

A/B test subject lines, CTAs, timing, and content to continuously improve campaign performance.

Track key email metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure all emails are compliant with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Align email strategies with go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and overall business goals.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.

Proficiency with email service providers (Acoustic preferred) and automation tools.

In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices (segmentation, personalization, compliance).

Strong analytics skills with experience using platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for responsive email design and troubleshooting.

Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience collaborating across creative, product, and marketing teams.
Preferred:

Experience with ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Oracle Eloqua, or Iterable.

Familiarity with CDPs, CRMs, and A/B testing platforms.

Proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Jira).

Experience using collaboration platforms like Slack or Google Chat.

Exposure to analytics and design tools like Litmus or similar.
