As we expand, we’re looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Employee Engagement Coordinator to join our Brighouse office and help bring our internal communications and engagement strategy to life.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within our People Team. As an Employee Engagement Coordinator, you will lead initiatives that boost team morale, promote internal recognition, and support recruitment through engaging content creation and brand storytelling across digital platforms.
You’ll be the voice of our internal brand—developing and distributing content for social media, websites, our internal employee app, and printed materials. If you’re highly organised, creative, and passionate about making people feel valued, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement the employee engagement strategy, aligned with our overall People Strategy.

Create, plan, and publish daily internal content via our employee engagement app.

Promote key engagement initiatives such as Listening Lunches, company values, and recognition schemes.

Manage the L.O.V.E Awards—our monthly and annual recognition program.

Collaborate with employees across the organisation to generate authentic, people-focused content.

Manage and grow content across Facebook and other social media platforms.

Update and curate content for all five Procurae Group websites, tailored to each brand.

Design materials for both internal and external promotion including banners, brochures, and event marketing.

Work closely with HR, Recruitment, and Operations to align messaging across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel may be required)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent knowledge and experience managing content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Skilled in creative content production, including basic photography and visual branding

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Naturally engaging and approachable personality

Previous experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or social media management preferred

Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) is a bonus
