IT Support Engineer – PACS
PACS is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team and contribute to their mission of elevating healthcare through leadership and quality care. You will play a key role in integrating healthcare IT systems and supporting facilities nationwide.

About the Role:
You will focus on integrating electronic health records (EHR), medical imaging systems, and other critical healthcare applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and enhancing efficiency.
Essential Duties:
- Facilitate the integration of EHR, medical imaging, and other healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand clinical workflows.
- Implement interoperability standards for patient data exchange.
- Work independently and demonstrate strong engineering skills.
- Provide customer-oriented support with excellent communication.
- Maintain a track record of performance against goals.
- Apply IT best practices to service facility needs.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education and/or Experience:
- Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS).
- Active Directory.
- Desktop and user support.
- Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, 11).
- PSA or RMM experience.
- Language Skills: Effective written and spoken communication.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical understanding.
- Reasoning Ability: Logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Preferred):
- MCSA.
- MCP.
- A+.
- Network+.
- CCNA.
- Security+.
- VCP.
- Physical Demands:
- Prolonged standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting.
- Occasional lifting up to 25lbs.
- Travel up to 80% to facility sites.
