We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Manager (Hunter) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll drive enterprise-level sales, build long-term client relationships, and help mortgage lenders achieve superior performance through our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas and performance targets.

Develop and nurture C-level relationships to become a trusted advisor during the sales process.

Maintain a deep understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.

Build and sustain a high-quality sales pipeline, demonstrating consistent activity and momentum.

Collaborate with internal and partner resources to facilitate effective sales engagements.

Identify client business problems and design tailored proposals that address those needs.

Partner with Pre-Sales teams to fully understand client requirements and customize solutions.

Close sales opportunities using Optimal Blue’s defined sales methodology and negotiation best practices.

Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach daily.

Provide insightful feedback to product management and marketing for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS or the mortgage technology industry.

Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships across multiple organizational levels.

Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

Ability to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend industry events.

Skilled in articulating value propositions and ROI for technology solutions.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge

Experience selling to enterprise-level organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Understanding of financial services and mortgage industry buying practices.

Familiarity with Mortgage Banks, Community Banks, and Credit Unions.

Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and automation.

Preferred location: Western United States.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range (U.S.): $100,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience and location).

Commissions: Eligible for participation in the business commission plan.

Paid Time Off: Minimum 10 vacation days, state-based sick leave, 8 paid holidays, and 2 personal days per year.
