Keys responsibilities
- Consistently meeting or exceeding fiscal and strategic revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining direct relationships with brands, cultivating strong partnerships.
- Managing sales forecasts and reporting tools to track performance and pipeline.
- Collaborating with Trading and Account Management teams to ensure client success by coordinating project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicating effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, tailoring your approach to influence decisions and outcomes.
- Identifying and addressing client challenges with Nexxen’s solutions, offering innovative approaches to meet both expressed and unspoken market needs.
- Driving strategic initiatives and delivering solutions that add value to clients and strengthen Nexxen’s market position.
Experience and Qualification
- 6+ years of successful outbound sales experience within a DSP platform.
- A proven track record of consistently surpassing revenue targets.
- A deep understanding of the AdTech landscape, including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, or other related technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- A well-established network of brand and agency decision-makers, both locally and regionally.
- The ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with internal and external teams.
- A self-starter mindset with a focus on building efficient sales processes and holding yourself accountable throughout the sales cycle.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.
- Successful negotiation skills with a history of driving impactful business results.
- A commitment to contributing positively to Nexxen’s culture.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000 annually, plus potential incentive or bonus opportunities. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
