Enterprise Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will:

  • Prospect, discover, and build relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.

  • Understand client needs and present Amex GBT’s SaaS and business travel solutions.

  • Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and RFP responses showcasing competitive advantages.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

  • Ensure smooth client onboarding in collaboration with implementation teams.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and documentation using CRM tools.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals with integrity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen client partnerships and expand market presence.


What We’re Looking For in an Enterprise Sales Manager

  • 3–5 years of B2B consultative sales experience (travel and/or SaaS preferred).

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Tech-savvy with CRM and pipeline management tools.

  • Excellent prospecting, prioritization, and presentation skills.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills.

  • Passion for networking, attending industry events, and staying updated on trends.

  • French language skills highly preferred.

  • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.

  • Candidates based in the Eastern U.S. time zone strongly preferred.
