 Your Impact

As an Entry-Level Credit Controller, you will manage a portfolio of HSS customers, ensuring timely debt collection, maintaining positive client relationships, and minimising financial risk. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your finance career in a supportive, tech-driven environment.

 Typical Day:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, or letter to collect outstanding payments

• Document all actions using the Debt Management system and follow up on agreed steps

• Achieve monthly cash collection targets and reduce the company’s debt exposure

• Identify payment blockers and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues

• Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure high levels of service

• Review accounts on hold due to unpaid invoices or credit limit breaches and decide on appropriate action

• Recommend legal referrals for overdue accounts when necessary

•  Always represent HSS with professionalism, reflecting our values and brand

 What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in outbound calling or debt collection is a bonus—but not essential

• A resilient, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

• Confidence in using systems to record account activity and manage follow-ups

• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for learning and developing within a finance role
