What You Will Do
The End of Term Finance Analyst plays a vital role in managing the termination phase of customer lease agreements. This role involves reconciling financial and contractual details, ensuring compliance, and coordinating end-of-term activities across teams. The analyst ensures that all contract terminations are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with financial and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile and validate contracts at termination to ensure billing and reporting accuracy.

Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues to reduce financial risk.

Communicate termination instructions clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Maintain detailed documentation for audits and reporting.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in end-of-term operations.
What You Need (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong analytical skills with proven accuracy in reconciling financial data.

Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,100 – $120,600 (based on experience and location).
