About the Role
Robert Half is seeking an experienced ERP/CRM Architect with Salesforce expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems. This role will lead technical teams, develop scalable solutions, and integrate cutting-edge technologies—including Agentic AI—into Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with data models and UI designs.

Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce architectural best practices.

Stay current with Salesforce updates across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems (billing, marketing automation, etc.).

Collaborate on AI strategy and deploy Agentic AI within enterprise applications.

Monitor Salesforce applications, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.

Ensure compliance with IT security and General Controls.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective CRM/ERP solutions.

Produce technical documentation (architecture diagrams, design specs).

Mentor junior developers and technical staff.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in software architecture and development.

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, integration, and Sales Cloud.

Strong cybersecurity strategy and compliance knowledge.

Experience with server virtualization and enterprise storage solutions.

Knowledge of CRM/ERP architecture standards and best practices.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.

Ability to implement AI in enterprise applications.

Expertise in managing Group Policy Objects (GPO) in complex environments.
