About the Role

Robert Half is seeking an experienced ERP/CRM Architect with Salesforce expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems. This role will lead technical teams, develop scalable solutions, and integrate cutting-edge technologies—including Agentic AI—into Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with data models and UI designs.

  • Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce architectural best practices.

  • Stay current with Salesforce updates across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems (billing, marketing automation, etc.).

  • Collaborate on AI strategy and deploy Agentic AI within enterprise applications.

  • Monitor Salesforce applications, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with IT security and General Controls.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective CRM/ERP solutions.

  • Produce technical documentation (architecture diagrams, design specs).

  • Mentor junior developers and technical staff.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, integration, and Sales Cloud.

  • Strong cybersecurity strategy and compliance knowledge.

  • Experience with server virtualization and enterprise storage solutions.

  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP architecture standards and best practices.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to implement AI in enterprise applications.

  • Expertise in managing Group Policy Objects (GPO) in complex environments.
