Little America is seeking a certified ESL English Teacher to join our growing online English as a Second Language (ESL) program. You’ll work with children across different age groups, primarily focusing on conversational English, listening, and reading—no grammar drills!

Key Responsibilities

Plan and develop engaging lesson content

Adapt lessons based on student needs and learning levels

Lead thematic conversation and reading clubs

Monitor student progress and communicate with parents and staff

Foster a positive, interactive, and inclusive virtual learning environment
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field

TESL/TESOL certification (required)

Prior experience in lesson planning and online instruction

Comfortable teaching elementary through secondary-level students

Proficient with computers and online teaching tools
