ManTech is seeking a skilled and dedicated EUD Technician/Site Lead to join our expert team in Molesworth, UK. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage and troubleshoot a range of end user devices including desktops, laptops, VTCs, printers, and teleconferencing equipment. As an EUD Technician/Site Lead, you’ll provide direct installation, maintenance, and technical support services while ensuring systems run smoothly within designated service windows. You’ll play a key role in supporting projects, conducting equipment surveys, and offering on-site logistical assistance. This position involves occasional travel to nearby locations and requires a strong customer service focus, technical knowledge, and an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
Core Responsibilities of the EUD Technician/Site Lead
The EUD Technician/Site Lead will manage desktop and end user device support operations, ensuring timely troubleshooting and maintenance. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and repairing VOIP phones, teleconferencing systems, printers, AVMM setups, and desktop computers. The role also involves equipment cabling, handling service tickets, and assisting with modernization projects. You’ll be expected to work within strict service level windows, ensuring seamless support for all IT-related issues across the site.
Qualifications for the EUD Technician/Site Lead
Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on IT support experience.

Ability to troubleshoot VOIP, AV systems, desktops, laptops, and other end user hardware.

IAT Level I certification (A+/Network+) and commitment to achieving IAT Level II (Security+) within 6 months.

Strong interpersonal skills with customer-facing experience.

Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting CAN networking.

Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.

Background in cabling installation, splicing, and hardware assembly.
