Job Summary
Our Property Administrative Specialists (Event Coordinators) play a vital role in supporting hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working across departments—including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage—you will handle administrative tasks, coordinate events, and act as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and the Sales Office. Your work ensures seamless operations and smooth execution of events, from pre-planning to post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event process.

Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients, ensuring clear communication and successful event delivery.

Support operational departments with documentation, scheduling, and organizational needs.

Uphold Marriott standards of professionalism in communication, personal appearance, and service delivery.

Assist with general hotel operations as required, including reporting safety concerns, maintaining a safe work environment, and collaborating with other team members.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 lbs.

Comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

Ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach overhead or below knees as needed.
