Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.

Manage event staff, assign responsibilities, and oversee execution to ensure seamless operations.

Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines for clients and internal teams.

Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown to ensure professional delivery.

Track expenses and maintain events within allocated budgets.

Conduct post-event evaluations, collect feedback, and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications
