We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support our Events team with the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events. This role ensures seamless event logistics, exceptional client service, and adherence to Hyatt’s world-class hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and logistical support to Event Managers.

Manage small-scale event accounts and assist with execution.

Accurately maintain group reservations, room blocks, and billing details.

Oversee rooming lists, updates, and inventory tracking.

Handle guest inquiries and provide in-house booking assistance.

Qualifications
