About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for supporting the events we produce externally for our clients and internally through our Seattle Cocktail Week, Seattle Cocktail Club, and Bartender’s Circle brands. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of event planning and production, ensuring high-quality experiences that align with our brand standards and client expectations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Join an incredible and supportive team that collaborates and innovates
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with your team, peers and cross-functional partners as well as GiLLY WAGON clients and event attendees
  • Event Coordination
  • Primarily, you will plan, manage and execute the events that GiLLY WAGON produces.
  • Activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with event creation and production
  • Identify the requirements and expectations for each event
  • On-Site Coordination and Leadership
  • Project management for the various aspects of the event
  • Community Management
  • You will work with our established communities and build them from within.
  • Activities include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting members of our communities as they have questions
  • Keeping members informed of our event offerings
  • Ensuring membership needs are met
  • Vendor & Client Relations
  • We are nothing without our vendors and clients. We continuously strive to ensure we are always finding the win/win scenarios as we work with them.
  • Activities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing strategies to reach new clients
  • Communicating our needs clearly with vendors
  • Assisting sponsors with their event decision making

Marketing

  • There’s no sense in hosting a great event if no one attends. You will be working with the team to promote all of the fun we create.
  • Activities include but are not limited to:
  • Posting event listings
  • Working with local agencies and influencers to help get the work out

Occasionally

  • As an agency, we have times when weekend responsibilities come into play. This may be things like working at a larger event or meeting with a client on a weekend day. These dates are typically known months in advance but it remains worth noting that there may be times when a Monday through Friday schedule is not always the case.
