About the Job – Event Sales Manager
Are you a natural closer with a passion for building relationships and driving results? Join our team as an Event Sales Manager and take charge of event revenue through consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and retaining loyal clients. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, restaurant and entertainment environment, working directly with the General Manager on-site.
What You’ll Bring

Sales expertise: 5+ years of proven success in outbound sales, new business development, and client retention.

Communication skills: Outgoing, personable, and excellent in verbal/written presentations and negotiations.

Drive to succeed: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on surpassing sales targets.

Tech-savvy: Strong computer skills with CRM, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 10% for networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
What You’ll Do Daily

Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and community engagement.

Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns targeting key customer segments.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client calls, appointments, and closing.

Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Track progress with CRM tools and analyze data to refine strategies.

Partner with District and Regional Sales Managers to exceed goals.
