Job Summary
The Event Service Concierge acts as the primary customer service representative for Pinnacle Live, supporting event planners, attendees, and hotel partners. You’ll oversee equipment readiness, troubleshoot AV and networking issues, and ensure client satisfaction from event kickoff to wrap-up. This role requires flexibility with evening, weekend, and extended hours depending on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect meeting rooms to confirm audio-visual and networking setups. Greet and support clients before events, ensuring satisfaction with Pinnacle Live services. Maintain accurate event details within company systems. Partner with Sales Managers on on-site changes and updates. Review and confirm daily invoices with clients. Provide consistent communication throughout events. Troubleshoot AV and networking issues and escalate to technical staff when needed. Collaborate with technical teams on setup and teardown as required. Report lost, stolen, or damaged equipment promptly. Keep work areas clean and organized. Continuously enhance technical knowledge in AV, staging, and networking. Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. One to two years of experience in AV, events, or hospitality preferred. At least one year of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality. General computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems.
