Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an Events & Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of event promotion, brand visibility, and execution of both in-person and virtual experiences. This role blends event planning, social media marketing, and project management to deliver impactful events that attract the right audience and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Event Promotion

  • Plan and execute multi-channel social media campaigns to maximize event attendance and awareness.

  • Partner with influencers and strategic accounts to extend event reach.

  • Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging posts, stories, reels, and graphics.

  • Track campaign performance and optimize for higher conversions.

Event Planning & Logistics

  • Coordinate logistics for live and virtual events including venues, vendors, travel, and scheduling.

  • Prepare collateral such as speaker briefs, signage, branded materials, and presentations.

  • Work with sales/marketing teams on client and VIP outreach.

  • Capture and repurpose event content (photos, video, testimonials) for post-event campaigns.

Marketing & CRM Operations

  • Manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tagging, reporting, and lead follow-ups.

  • Draft and coordinate outbound campaigns, newsletters, and invitations.

  • Deliver performance reports on engagement, registrations, and attendance.

  • Support integrated campaigns that grow visibility and participation.

C-Suite & Strategic Project Support

  • Partner with leadership on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Document meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and track accountability.

  • Maintain dashboards, workflows, and documentation across platforms (ClickUp, SharePoint).


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination and marketing.

  • Proven success managing event logistics and promotional campaigns.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar tools).

  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Canva/Adobe, and scheduling platforms.

  • NYC-area availability for in-person event coordination.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in finance, wellness, or startup environments.

  • Knowledge of influencer partnerships or creator collaborations.

  • Experience with printing/shipping logistics for events.

  • A track record of growing attendance through integrated marketing strategies.
