Role Overview

We’re seeking a full-time Events Programming Assistant with prior experience in events or venue programming. You’ll help us coordinate, promote, and manage a diverse calendar of live music events, brunches, and parties across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the booking and execution of weekly events including live music, brunches, and third-party events

  • Manage venue diaries across KG Hospitality’s locations

  • Promote events on platforms like Eventbrite, Design My Night, and Skiddle

  • Maintain relationships with event promoters and agencies

  • Issue show confirmations, contracts, invoices, and advance sheets

  • Create internal function sheets for operations teams

  • Coordinate event announcements with design and marketing teams

  • Compile weekly event reports and attendance data

  • Attend events to represent the company (some evenings/weekends)

  • Maintain timely and efficient communication, especially via email

  • Complete high-volume admin and data entry with accuracy

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in a venue, bar, club, or live events setting

  • Strong knowledge and passion for live music and London’s event scene

  • Excellent admin, time management, and organisational skills

  • Experience in contracting and invoicing preferred

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a team-focused attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of IT literacy (Mac, Excel, Word, Mail)

  • Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information

  • Social media awareness is a plus
