The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Trainer – Payments to design and deliver training that empowers our sales team to effectively sell payment solutions. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to align training strategies with product and market objectives. This role reports into our enablement function and supports high-performance sales execution across our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for sales reps in the payments space

Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, develop e-learning content, and create job aids

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with product launches and strategy

Conduct 1:1 coaching and group workshops to strengthen sales capabilities

Develop and manage certification programs for sales reps on payments

Track training effectiveness using data like ramp time and quota attainment

Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and compliance in the payments landscape

Support implementation of new tools, systems, and sales processes
Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years in B2B sales training, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS

Deep understanding of payment gateways, merchant services, and card processing

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred), LMS, and enablement tools

Proven ability to enhance sales performance through impactful training
Preferred Qualifications

Former quota-carrying sales rep in payments or fintech
-
Instructional design certification (CPTD, Train the Trainer, etc.)

Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and telephony platforms
Work Environment

Fully remote within the US or Canada

Occasional travel to corporate HQ in Denver, CO, or regional offices may be required
