Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant at Ghost Kitchen Brands in Toronto, ON. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, facilitating communication within the organization, and offering executive support to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in preparing and managing expense reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide executive support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
