The Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team is a key role and opportunity within Westbank. As the manager of the executive office your role spans coordination, project management, communications and logistics. You are the right hand to the leadership team, working closely with key members of the team at Westbank and in the Westbank umbrella of companies, including Fairmont Pacific Rim, Shangri La Hotels Vancouver and Toronto, House Concepts, Goh Ballet and Siegel Entertainment. You are indispensable to the leadership office’s functioning and in your role you will oversee all aspects of day to day operations to make sure things run smoothly.

You might be the right fit if you:

  • Have experience in real estate, architecture/design, project management and/or EA/Admin, or an ability to take your previous work experience and apply it, to thrive in new contexts.
  • Are a solutions-oriented, active problem solver with the motivation to learn.
  • Have strong computer skills. You are an excellent typist, are fluent in Windows and Mac operating systems and can work business tools (Teams, Zoom, GoTo Meeting, Adobe, Microsoft Office) on both.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.CA$70000.00/yr – CA$85000.00/yr
