Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations and exceptional customer service by managing executive schedules, handling communications, and overseeing various administrative duties.
Key Duties

Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

Provide responsive and professional customer support

Perform accurate data entry to maintain updated records

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed

Answer and direct incoming calls through phone systems

Greet clients and manage reception tasks when necessary

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Draft and distribute weekly/monthly global communications

Schedule tours and prepare informational packets per location

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
Requirements

Strong organizational and prioritization skills (a must)

Experience in customer service or support roles

Familiarity with receptionist duties (preferred, not required)
