Seasonal Executive Chef at Montana’s Premier Fly Fishing Lodge on the Missouri River for April- October 2025!

Luxury accommodations and superb service with an idyllic Montana backdrop. Renovated in 2020, the intimate 13 room Missouri River Ranch is set on a century-old ranch and conveniently located just upstream from the town of Craig, Montana. The 160-acre property has over a mile of private riverfront on one of the best trout rivers in the world.

The ranch features luxury accommodations, impeccable service, and gourmet fare. Inspired by the Montana landscape, fresh, seasonal ingredients are the focal point of every dish. Guests enjoy all of their meals through the lodge, whether a light bite for breakfast, grabbing a lunch to-go before fishing for the day, or a four course dinner that reflects the bounty of the land.

Missouri River Ranch is looking for a Seasonal Executive Chef to oversee the culinary program. Candidates should enjoy interacting with guests, collaborating with a strong FOH team, and working in an open kitchen setting. This is a hands-on role that is cooking every night, with creative latitude. Ideal Executive Chefs will have strong organizational skills, culinary acumen, a flexible personality, and approachable by nature. This is an amazing opportunity for a Chef who loves the outdoors!

The season typically runs April – late October and the Executive Chef needs to be fully available during that period.

Compensation in the $5k-$7500/month range, in addition to HOUSING, discretionary cash gratuities, medical stipend, and meals during the active season/days on.
