  • Oversee inventory management, food costs, and kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and precision.

  • Stay ahead of culinary trends, introducing innovative ideas to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, upscale dining setting.
  • A deep passion for local, sustainable ingredients and the rich flavors of the Bay Area.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A history of creativity and innovation in menu development.
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, budgeting, and team management.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
