Executive Chef – Full-Time, On-Site (Hamden, CT)

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations in Hamden, CT. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for kitchen management, menu planning, food preparation, and leading a team to create exceptional dining experiences for students and guests.

Qualifications

  • Culinary expertise, including menu development and food preparation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Creativity and innovation in culinary techniques and presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Prior experience in higher education dining is a plus
  • Culinary degree or professional certification preferred
