Salary Range: $100K – $125K per year

WHAT OUR EXECUTIVE CHEFS DO:
-
Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and retention of skilled culinary employees
-
Supervise and direct kitchen staff daily, ensuring company standards are met
-
Train kitchen staff on policies, procedures, and safe operation of equipment
-
Set operational goals and enforce standards for the kitchen team
-
Address and document performance issues as needed

Ensure food allergy procedures and special dietary requests are handled with care

Manage weekly inventory to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE AN EXECUTIVE CHEF:

At least five years of experience in high-volume restaurant management preferred

Strong understanding of restaurant operations

A deep passion for hospitality

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues efficiently

Fiscally responsible with experience in managing food and labor costs

A genuine love for food and beverage

Self-motivated, with a strong aptitude for coaching and driving excellence

Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
