What You Will Do
The Executive Chef will lead and manage the Resort’s culinary department, working closely with the Director of Food and Beverage. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the culinary team, ensuring that guests receive exceptional food quality and service, managing the annual budget, controlling labor and operational costs, and building strong relationships with key suppliers and industry partners.
What You Bring
We are seeking individuals with:

At least 5 years of Executive Chef experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with a proven record in leading fine dining concepts.

International experience and expertise in managing multiple venues, including banquet operations, in-room dining, and private events.

Substantial pre-opening experience is highly preferred.

Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage Service and Culinary operations.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to operational needs.

Strong community relations skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.

Cultural sensitivity and a guest-centric focus.

A degree in hotel/restaurant management, culinary arts, or business administration (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Open Table, Microsoft Office, and POS systems like MICROS.

Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
