We are seeking an Experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to be the right hand of busy CEO. This role will be based out of the office, minimum of 4 days required in office with flexibility at times. He is seeking someone who has 5+ years of C-Level Executive Support experience and comfortable handling personal support tasks as well. Looking for an experienced and professional individual who is quick and communicative to be a right hand.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities regarding the personal and professional business of the CEO and act as a true gatekeeper filtering calls and emails

• Manage professional and personal calendars, including family events, household needs, etc., ensuring nothing is overlooked.

• Plan international and domestic travel logistics, including seamless travel itineraries, hotel and dinner reservations, drivers, private travel etc.

• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

• Maintain executive’s contacts and relationships, including updating contact lists and organizing events.

• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

• Interface with clients, prospective candidates, and senior staff members and arrange calls and meetings.

• Prepare and process travel and corporate expenses.

• Update Outlook/Salesforce contacts.

• Experience with complex travel and calendar arrangements.

• Understands how to run an effective and efficient Executive’s office.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using Salesforce preferred.
