Your Role

  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and event execution, ensuring high-quality food production and adherence to recipe standards

  • Demonstrate culinary expertise, refined techniques, and signature style in food preparation

  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and effective team environment

  • Manage budgets, monitor food and labor costs, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and oversee inventory, ordering, and receiving processes

  • Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create and develop innovative menus and recipes

  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, organized, and in full compliance with all health department and company regulations

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in culinary management within a high-volume, quality food and beverage setting

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide a diverse team and maintain top-tier food presentation and preparation

  • Proficient in managing food and labor costs, menu planning, ordering, inventory control, and food safety practices

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software

  • Able to obtain necessary certifications such as ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures)

  • Flexible schedule availability to meet business demands
