Job Summary
Movn Health is seeking an Exercise Physiologist Patient Enrollment Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for patients entering the cardiac rehab program. This is a sales-focused clinical role, combining patient advocacy with education on the benefits of virtual cardiac rehabilitation. The ideal candidate has a background in Exercise Physiology and experience in healthcare or patient enrollment, paired with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities

Own, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patients.

Make outbound calls to educate patients about the program and enroll them in Movn Health’s cardiac rehab services.

Serve as the first point of contact for referrals and incoming patient inquiries.

Provide detailed explanations of Movn Health services and benefits.

Handle patient feedback and questions efficiently.

Schedule patient appointments and perform insurance verification as needed.

Coordinate with internal teams, clinical staff, and referring physician offices to improve operational processes.

Set up patient-facing Movn Health app and coordinate care through the EHR system.
Requirements

Education: Degree in Exercise Physiology.

Experience:
-
2+ years in an inside sales B2C role or patient enrollment/scheduling at a physician practice.

2+ years in a healthcare environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English & Spanish.
