Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring they receive the care they need with respect and dignity.

Monitor and identify changes in residents’ personal care needs, collaborating with the Nurse to update their personalized Resident Care Plans.

Encourage and support resident participation in community activities and programs to enhance their engagement and well-being.
Qualifications

A positive attitude and a passion for working with people!

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current state certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA is required; Medication Aide Certification is a plus.
