Job Description
We are currently seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Infant Child Care Educator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in encouraging the healthy intellectual, emotional, and social development of infants through a structured yet creative environment.
As an educator, you will supervise and teach young children while helping them build foundational skills and use their imagination through a range of developmentally appropriate activities.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement a full schedule of engaging and age-appropriate activities

Provide nurturing care and daily caregiving routines

Balance activities that stimulate both logical thinking and social interaction

Use creative teaching methods (stories, songs, games, crafts, etc.) to support development

Monitor and evaluate children’s progress and adjust methods as needed

Maintain consistent and open communication with parents regarding their child’s development

Observe behavior and address developmental or behavioral concerns promptly

Promote a harmonious and supportive classroom environment

Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and staff

Ensure compliance with safety and childcare regulations
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in a child care or daycare teaching role

Strong understanding of infant development and current educational practices
-
Creative, patient, and compassionate personality

Excellent communication and time management skills
-
Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus
-
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training)
