The Role:

Join Peraton’s Cyber Mission team in Annapolis Junction, MD, and be at the forefront of national security. We’re seeking a Next Generation Exploitation Analyst (EA2) to contribute to securing vital networks against increasingly complex global threats. You’ll be part of a team of SIGINT, Intelligence, and Cyber professionals delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Applying understanding of adversary networks and cyber capabilities to develop and adjust exploitation plans.
  • Collaborating to identify access and collection gaps addressable through cyber activities.
  • Leveraging authorized resources and techniques to penetrate targeted networks.
  • Assessing data for new and ongoing exploitation opportunities.
  • Communicating complex technical information clearly and confidently.
  • Creating strategies to develop and maintain accesses, conduct remote exploitation, and provide technical assistance.
  • Analyzing intelligence information, technical data, and exploitation opportunities.
  • Evaluating and synthesizing large datasets into high-quality intelligence products.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7 years’ experience with an associate’s degree OR 5 years’ with a bachelor’s OR 3 years’ with a master’s OR 1 year with a PhD.
  • Experience in computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles (including hardware/software engineering, programming, security, vulnerability analysis, forensics, etc.).
  • Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent military training).
  • Completion of military cyber training (e.g., JCAC) may count towards experience or be equivalent to an associate’s degree.
  • Foreign language proficiency and DLPT scores may be considered relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
