We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who’s obsessed with performance, lives for data, and has proven experience running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns that deliver real results.

This is your chance to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing car leasing companies. As part of our in-house performance team, you’ll work directly from our Manchester HQ, crafting and optimising paid social campaigns that scale lead generation and build brand impact.

 Key Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns

• Create, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies

• Analyse performance metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS — and act fast on insights

• Work closely with creative and video teams to build scroll-stopping ads

• Generate clear, actionable campaign reports for leadership

• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and paid social best practices

 What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience managing Meta and/or TikTok Ads

• Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and paid social ROI

• Experience using Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel with custom event tracking

• Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset

• Self-driven with the ability to work at pace and hit daily/weekly targets

• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to experiment for better results

 Salary & Perks

• Salary: £25,500 – £26,500 (based on experience)
