About the Role
As a Family Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based systemic psychotherapy to children, young people, and their families. Your work will be integral to supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of service users while contributing to innovative service development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist systemic assessments and therapy to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Offer expert advice and consultation to CAMHS colleagues and external professionals.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with professionals from various backgrounds to ensure holistic care.
- Deliver specialist training and mental health consultations to support early intervention in universal services.
- Contribute to service development, implementation, and audits to improve mental health support for families.
