About the Role:
The Farm Shop in Mayfair brings the charm of the British countryside to the heart of London. As a Farm Shop Assistant, you’ll be the face of our seasonal, locally sourced offerings—delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with food lovers, and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Whether you’re new to retail or a seasoned customer service star, we welcome you as you are. We’ll provide the training—you bring the energy, positivity, and love for quality food and people.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service and help create a warm, community-focused atmosphere.

Assist with food-to-go, artisan groceries, and sustainable meat offerings.

Ensure displays are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

Share your passion for fresh, quality produce with customers.

Support daily shop operations including opening, closing, and tills.
