We are looking for a positive, confident, and detail-oriented individual to join our office support team as a Farm Administrator. If you enjoy variety, working in a process-driven environment, and learning something new every day, this could be the perfect role for you.
At Wood Vet Group, you’ll be part of a dedicated farm team including vets, TB testers, vet techs, and more — all supported by our brilliant admin staff. From booking client appointments to managing stock and liaising with government portals, your day will be full of impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the farm diary and client appointments

Schedule government testing and export visits

Dispense medications and manage stock levels

Liaise with government agencies (e.g., APHA)

Maintain accurate records in our practice management system

Support team meetings, training, and client communications

Help with stock sourcing and specialist equipment orders

Communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism
Ideal Candidate

Excellent computer and data entry skills

Confident and cheerful phone manner

Detail-oriented and process-focused

Strong written and verbal communication

Farming or veterinary experience (a bonus, not essential)

Thrives in a busy team environment

Able to handle confidential information professionally
