About the Role

Pond is seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to support and grow our Federal programs by developing proposals and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our expanding Federal Marketing team, you will lead proposal kickoff meetings, collaborate with Principals to craft qualification responses, develop presentations, and manage marketing content.

We are looking for self-motivated professionals who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Pond’s marketing team oversees all aspects of marketing and communications, including strategic planning, collateral development, creative writing, multimedia content, presentations, and proposal management.

This position offers the flexibility to work from one of Pond’s offices or remotely.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an A/E/C marketing environment, specifically targeting Federal Government clients (e.g., Department of Defense, GSA, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in English, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience preparing SF330 qualifications packages
  • Strong technical writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience managing sales opportunities using a CRM system
