About the Role
Culligan is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team, covering the Chantilly and Winchester, VA area. In this role, you’ll connect with residential and commercial customers to deliver tailored water treatment solutions backed by nearly 90 years of Culligan expertise.
We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and robust earning potential, making this a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals or customer-focused individuals eager to grow.
What You’ll Do

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Conduct in-home water quality assessments

Educate clients on Culligan’s water solutions and benefits

Manage leads and your sales pipeline via iPad-based tools

Generate leads, follow up, and close sales

Maintain professionalism and deliver top-notch customer service

Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
