Role Overview
We are seeking Investment File Reviewers to join a results-driven, process-oriented team supporting a major financial services provider. The role focuses on delivering accurate past business reviews for investment product sales, ensuring compliance with prescribed processes and providing high-quality outcomes for clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct suitability assessments across various product types, including ISAs, OEICs, Investment Bonds, Structured Products, and Pensions.

Engage with customers when required to complete suitability assessments.

Perform Data Gathering, Enrichment, and Validation (DE&V) activities where applicable.

Calculate and document redress as required.

Produce high-quality review outcomes and document decision rationale according to suitability guidance.

Write final response letters for customer communications.
Supplementary Responsibilities

Learn and master the review process in depth.

Adapt quickly to ongoing business and process changes.

Act on feedback from quality checks, rectifying errors and improving performance.

Support team members with case reviews when needed.
Experience & Skills
Essential:
-
Minimum 6 months experience conducting Suitability Assessments.

Strong customer focus and prior customer-facing experience.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality and production targets.

Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Desirable:
-
RQF Level 4 qualification, e.g., CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

2 years’ experience in Suitability Assessments.

Experience performing manual redress calculations and handling vulnerable customers.

Familiarity with Exasoft Redress Manager.
