About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a qualified pipeline of brand partnerships aligned with business goals and values

Lead negotiations and deal structuring to ensure contracts are mutually beneficial and strategically sound

Drive execution across marketing, growth, product, and legal teams, bringing partnerships from concept to launch

Develop frameworks to evaluate impact, measure success, and optimize outcomes

Use market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions and refine partnership strategy

Serve as an advisor and external face of the company in key partner discussions
Qualifications & Skills

6–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic account management

Proven ability to source, close, and scale partnerships in high-growth environments

Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), with experience engaging senior stakeholders

Strong track record working with legal teams on contract negotiation and completion

Analytical and commercially minded, able to evaluate opportunities and make fast, smart decisions

Experience in high-growth companies or well-loved consumer brands preferred

Background in partnerships that drive both brand awareness and customer acquisition

Knowledge of health and wellness industry trends, especially in content development and media-worthy collaborations
