Join Our Team as a Finance Administrator
We are looking for capable and professional individuals to take on the role of Finance Administrator in our Finance team based in Kent. You’ll help process Finance & Insurance (F&I) transactions that enable customers to complete their vehicle purchases smoothly. You’ll also have the opportunity to benefit from our performance-based bonus scheme while growing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Finance Administrator

Perform a range of admin duties to support the Finance department

Assist the Finance Manager with tasks such as deposits and compliance forms

Manage accurate data input, logs, finance proposals, and filing

Ensure full compliance with FCA standards

Maintain up-to-date customer records and accurate paperwork

Display promotional materials in offices as required

Process online finance applications

Use company systems to log transactions as per management guidance

Keep customers updated throughout the finance process

Complete all documentation efficiently and on time
