As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Finance and Insurance operations, ensuring all customer transactions are handled with accuracy and within FCA compliance. A valid UK driving license is desirable.

Join Our Team as a Finance Administrator

We are looking for capable and professional individuals to take on the role of Finance Administrator in our Finance team based in Kent. You’ll help process Finance & Insurance (F&I) transactions that enable customers to complete their vehicle purchases smoothly. You’ll also have the opportunity to benefit from our performance-based bonus scheme while growing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Finance Administrator

  • Perform a range of admin duties to support the Finance department

  • Assist the Finance Manager with tasks such as deposits and compliance forms

  • Manage accurate data input, logs, finance proposals, and filing

  • Ensure full compliance with FCA standards

  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and accurate paperwork

  • Display promotional materials in offices as required

  • Process online finance applications

  • Use company systems to log transactions as per management guidance

  • Keep customers updated throughout the finance process

  • Complete all documentation efficiently and on time

Role Details

  • Salary: £22,680 – £27,693 per year

  • Working Hours: 43.5 hours/week, rota-based including weekends & bank holidays

  • Driving License: Valid UK license desirable
