We’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our growing finance team in Kennington. As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the daily financial operations of a fast-paced property maintenance business. You’ll work closely with engineers, operations staff, and clients to ensure accurate invoicing, smooth payment processing, and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities of a Finance Administrator
As a Finance Administrator, your precision and attention to detail will keep financial systems running smoothly and support business efficiency.

Generate and send out daily sales invoices accurately

Double-check all invoice details for correctness and completeness

Liaise with the operations team to confirm job information and costs

Reconcile project costs and accruals to ensure profitability

Compile consolidated invoice reports and upload them to client portals

Support the business in hitting monthly sales targets

Manage and resolve invoice-related queries promptly

Process customer payments and allocate receipts accurately

Handle various financial administration duties as needed
Skills & Experience Required for a Finance Administrator
