Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic Sales team at Harwoods Group. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Sales Management function—ensuring all finance and insurance documentation is processed efficiently, while delivering a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Propose finance agreements and ensure all documentation is completed and payments received

Process insurance documents per provider regulations and standards

Reconcile manufacturer support bonuses and record them accurately in the DMS

Liaise with Sales Executives and Managers to ensure customers are kept informed throughout the purchase process

Obtain required proofs and signatures from customers in a timely manner

Raise internal paperwork including invoices, cheques, and finance documents

Address and resolve queries proactively and accurately

Comply with company standards, policies, and safe working practices

Experience:

Previous administrative experience required (motor industry experience preferred)
