About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially focused and strategically minded Finance Analyst to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the Flight Club Darts group.

This is a pivotal role with high visibility, working closely with senior stakeholders across departments to ensure that financial insights and forecasts drive our continued growth. You’ll be instrumental in shaping business decisions, managing financial processes, and mentoring members of the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop finance team members

  • Take ownership of group-wide financial modelling, forecasting, and planning

  • Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support commercial decisions

  • Manage and deliver the annual budget and rolling reforecasts

  • Lead finance input on capital projects and ensure process alignment across departments

  • Oversee the Finance Build team to deliver timely reporting to Programme and Project Managers

  • Own and enhance cashflow forecasting and treasury processes

  • Evaluate capital projects and business cases for financial viability

  • Support the implementation of new cashflow management systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

  • Experience in the hospitality or leisure sector is highly desirable

  • Proven leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
