Position Overview
The Finance Analyst – Control Team (Accounts Payable) plays a critical role in managing the company’s financial obligations. This includes overseeing the accounts payable process, reconciling payments, correcting invoices, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and compliant. The analyst provides decision support to business management through financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data for assigned business units.

Support decision-making by preparing financial tools, models, and dashboards.

Prepare reports and analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Perform variance analysis, investigate irregularities, and recommend corrections.

Process invoices and reconcile accounts payable transactions on demand.

Maintain compliance with corporate financial policies and ERP system procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of financial processes, especially within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.

Proficiency in Oracle Financials Suite or other ERP systems.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic/vocational qualification.

Previous experience in financial analysis, accounts payable, or related fields.
