Job Overview
As a Finance Assistant at Connexin, you’ll support the finance team with administrative and clerical tasks. From invoicing and bank reconciliations to credit control and internal coordination, your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of the team. You’ll be seen as a valuable, indispensable part of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Manage account queries to ensure smooth payment processes

Prepare and post sales and purchase invoices

Perform customer and supplier reconciliations

Serve as point of contact for suppliers and internal colleagues

Complete bank reconciliations

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts

Support the wider Customer Care team when needed

Provide cover and support to the Finance Specialist as required
